“We give to our Academy because we know that without VPA Community Investment, our school wouldn’t be what it is today. We know that giving to the school is not money wasted — it’s an investment in our children. We also give our time to our Academy. I work full time and still make it a priority to volunteer because there’s nothing better than seeing my child during the school day or helping with their activities on evenings and weekends. Once a child graduates and high school is over, there’s no going back — there are no do-overs. There’s no price tag on volunteering, or on the joy of seeing your child in the halls and getting to share a quick hug or smile during the day.”

Community Investment helps to cover the gap between what we receive from public funding and the actual cost to provide our students with a Great Hearts classical liberal arts education.

Contribute Your Tax Credit

The Tax Credit drive provides nearly half of the funding for co-curricular, athletics, and cultural activities for our students. Because of your participation in the Tax Credit drive, our students are offered experiences outside of the classroom that continue their transformation to become great-hearted leaders.
